New Fee Schedule (Starting in July)

 While we are still working on the June/July newsletter, we wanted to send out a quick reminder regarding the new fees schedule for the upcoming year starting in July. Please find the details regarding below:

Additionally, thank you for all of your support and indulgence during the recent roads paving project. I think we can all agree that the neighborhood looks great, and we truly appreciate your patience throughout the process.

Roads Open up at 7 pm tonight (June 12).

 Dear Residents,

Thank you for your patience throughout this project. We have some good news: the roads will be open for driving after 7:00 PM tonight, Friday, June 12.

To ensure the quality and longevity of our new surfaces, please follow these very important guidelines:

1.  No Parking: There is no parking allowed on the streets or in the visitor spaces at this time.
2.  Drive Carefully: Please keep your speed down and avoid making any sharp turns.
3.  Keep Moving: Do not stop and turn your wheels while stationary; please keep your vehicle moving while maneuvering.

The crews will return this coming Monday and Tuesday to complete the curbs. In the meantime, let’s do our best to let the roads settle. A little rain would be welcome to help cool the pavement down.
