Attendees:  Steve Fletcher, Tom Emrich, Bill Noyes, Bill Kiner, and Guy Bourassa

Absent: Linda Samoncik

Meeting was called to order at 3:05 pm.. by Steve Fletcher

• Formal Acceptance of 1/29/24 Executive Board Meeting Minutes
• Motion by Tom , Seconded by Bill Kiner.
• Unanimous approved with no corrections
• Budget Update
• Winter Services under budget 
• Budget - $36,000
• Actual - $16,200

• Tree maintenance over
• Budget - $16,500
• Actual - $20,700

• New CD - 8 mos. (5%) 150,700
• Beebe Landscaping Update
• Nice job on spring clean-up
• Weed control applied
• Mulch in 2 or 3 weeks

• Bill Kiner got proposals
