Power Washing Your home

 Hello Abbewood Association Members,

It’s that time of year again to freshen up our homes. We typically follow a two-year cycle for power washing; however, this year we are waiting until the mulching is completed and the roads are paved. For that reason, it makes the most sense to schedule cleaning after the roadwork is finished—hopefully by late May or early June.

At that time, we ask that you take a look at your home and make arrangements to have it power washed as needed.

You are welcome to hire any contractor you choose. Please be sure that whoever you hire carries proper liability insurance.

For your convenience, below are three contractors who have worked in Abbewood in the past. The choice of contractor is entirely up to each homeowner. The Board will not be involved in this process.
